We’re seeking a Senior Remarketing Manager to join our National Service Delivery Team. In this newly created role, you’ll take ownership of asset remarketing for trucks and heavy equipment, partnering with our sales team to deliver seamless, end-to-end divestment projects for clients.

This is a rare opportunity for a self-starter to shape the role, drive innovation, and make a real impact in the auction and remarketing space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute remarketing strategies for trucks and heavy machinery to maximise asset visibility and value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Project Management, Operations, Valuations, Sales) to deliver end-to-end divestment projects.
  • Analyse buyer behaviour and market trends to optimise asset positioning and auction engagement.
  • Support national service delivery with regular interstate and regional travel.
  • Assist Valuations Team and work toward obtaining a valuations qualification.
  • Mentor team members and champion process improvements across projects and operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in auctions, truck/equipment dealerships, or related fields (Marketing, Project Management, Asset Management preferred).
  • Strong interest in trucks and machinery with a willingness to learn market trends.
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Digital proficiency, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment medical (including drug/alcohol testing).
